Every one of these was built to beat somebody bigger.

A physician-MBA who still runs the businesses he builds for. Each product below exists because somebody bigger was counting on small operators not having the time or the money to fight back.

Who’s on the other side

Most practices never appeal. They don’t have the hours, and we know it.

Remedi

Denial-appeal software for billing companies. The physician who was losing the money built it, then handed it to the companies that do the appeals.

Nobody builds phone software for a volunteer post with no staff and no budget. There’s no money in it.

Sarge A.I.

A receptionist that answers at zero dark thirty when a veteran calls and nobody else picks up. Private-sector accounts fund veteran housing work.

Who’s on the other side

Total it. The number we put on the car is the number, and a body shop isn’t going to argue it line by line.

The auto insurer
What we built to beat it

Unscrw

Total-loss advocacy and repair estimating for body shops. It takes the insurer’s number apart, so a car that shouldn’t have been written off gets repaired and paid in full.

Who’s on the other side

Nobody left knows who half these people are.

Family Archive

A family photo archive and a living family tree that tells the stories out loud, with the right photographs coming up as they’re told. Most people stop at the scanning and the naming, so the AI does that part. Everything stays private.
